What am I purchasing?
You are receiving a digital file that you must have an embroidery machine and the means to transfer the file to your machine. These are not iron on patches or ready made designs.
What do I need to use this file?
You must have an embroidery machine, a usb drive or a box reader to transfer your files, and any software you wish to use to view the file itself. All files will arrive to you in a .zip file, you will need a way of unzipping or extracting the file to be able to use with your embroidery machine.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive all of the most popular formats: .pes, .xxx, .jef, .exp, .vip, .vp3, .dst, and .hus. If you are in need of any other formats you are in need of please contact me thru the contact tab to see if a conversion is available.
What are the terms of use?
Thank you for your purchase with The Cherry Tree Embroidery Designs! All designs are copyright protected with The Cherry Tree Embroidery Designs and have a limitation of use. These designs CAN be stitched on items to be sold, but the designs themselves CANNOT be sold, traded, shared or included in any design set.
Due to some images being made from purchased clipart you may NOT use any images for the purpose of creating other derivative works such as (but not limited to), cards, scrapbooking, screen printing, vinyl stickers, Heat transfer vinyl and other reproduction of the images which are then placed on items for sale and/or personal use. These image copyright permissions belong to other companies and any use without consent from them would be a breach of their copyright policy. The Cherry Tree Embroidery Designs and images are made for the sole purpose of being used for machine embroidery only, by purchasing these designs you are not receiving any licensing for reproduction of the images.
All photographs listed on www.thecherrytreeembroiderydesigns.com, our Facebook page and or our Pinterest page are copyrighted to The Cherry Tree Embroidery Designs Company if you wish to use our photographs on your business page you may until you have had the opportunity to stitch the design yourself. At no time should any watermark be removed.
Remember all digital purchases are nonreturnable but if you have any difficulties with our product please contact us for assistance. However we cannot provide assistance with your software or machine due to the multiple brands out there.
All resizing is done at your own risk; by resizing you will affect the stitch quality. If you are in need of a specific size that was not supplied to you please use my contact tab for further assistance.
All thread color choices used in these designs should be changed to fit your needs. Let your creativeness make each design unique to you and your product.

How will I receive my order?
After your purchase you will be redirected to a download page, you will also receive an email with a download link to your account. If you are in need of something special please use my contact tab to discuss your needs.
What hoop size will I receive?
Each design will have a listing of what sizes will be included in your purchase. If you are in need of anything special please contact me thru my contact tab.
Can I receive a refund on my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds. All files are availabe for immediate download as well as an email sent out with a link to your downloadable file. Our software documents the email and the actual download of the product. We test stitch all designs to ensure you are receiving a great quality product. If you have any issues with your design please contact us using our contact tab and we will work with you to make sure you have the product you purchased.
How do I make a purchase if I don't have a Paypal account?
Paypal proccesses all of our transactions but you are not required to have an account to use a credit card. You will have an option to pay as a guest. If you run into any difficulites please contact us using the contact tab.
